Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:  24 Hour Notice / Missed Appointment Policy Due to equine expenses and staff costs for this specialized programming, Riverview  maintains a 24 hour cancellation and missed appointment policy that is reviewed upon intake and signed in your initial session. The full fee will be charged for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hour notice. Riverview cannot direct bill any insurance company for either appointments or late cancellation fees. Cancellation with more than 24 Hours Notice - we are happy to reschedule. For severe weather (unsafe riding conditions), temperature below - 15 °C, no cancellation fees apply. Punctuality is extremely important. If you are more than 15 mins late, the session will be cancelled and the full price will be charged.
