Sunday 1 hour Emotion Regulation with Horses

Service Description

Session 1 - What is the poly vagal theory and how does it apply to us and the horse? Session 2 - How do horses think, feel and communicate? How can we benefit from their clear energy? Session 3 - horses don't lie- and won't tolerate lies from their humans Session 4 - communicating telepathically with your horse and vice versa. Each session is 1 hour and includes groundwork and may include some bareback riding while being led to experience the close connection to the horse. Payment $ 400 Due at time of sign up Dates: Sunday Jan 12, Sun Jan 19, Sun Jan 26, Sun Feb 2 . 12 to 1 pm at Riverview Riding and Respite. No experience required. Must have boots and sign a waiver.
